RESERVATIONS INFORMATION

Reservations made before April 1st require a minimum 50% deposit
and your balance is due 30 days before your arrival.
Your deposit is non-refundable and must be received by us within 10 days of
you making a tentative reservation.
Reservations made after April 1st require a 100% payment of your balance.
However, your party can apply payments toward a future trip with us.
There is no reduction in rates or refunds for guests who eliminate, miss, cancel or fail to
appear for reserved services during their stay or before / after their arrival.
This is because we will be turning customers away from your reserved dates.
For your protection, we encourage you to secure trip cancellation insurance from your travel agent.
Please feel free to call or write us if you would desire assistance in planning
